Let us know the term (1-5 years) and the amount ($50,000 - $500,000) 

Supply us with the Valuation, Sale & Purchase (if any), Prior mortgage payments (if refinancing)

Standard NZMBA loan application forms and supporting detail on the loan requirement

A second mortgage requires room for a priority from the 1st mortgage and also full clarity on say: cost to complete and experience (if it is a build), pre-sales (if it's developing) and repayment exit if applicable.
