Property, but up to a maximum 75% of it's value, may allow:
Facilitation of a quick asset lend up to $500,000. Any such loan is short term only, say, 1-6 months maximum, and is secured by caveat, second or first mortgage;
Underwritten pre-sale, sale & purchase agreements may assist with your construction finance approval - and then you and your lender choose to cancel it when a better offer comes along; and
Second mortgages of 1-5 years can assist with all manner of purposes be it for bridging, cleaning loans or numerous changing circumstances.
